With over 25 years of teaching experience in the area of fitness and health my goal is to continue to learn and grow with each and every class that I have the pleasure to teach. I strive to create a noncompetitive atmosphere that is welcoming to individuals of all abilities and fitness levels. My goal is not to get you in shape, but to share with you knowledge, skills, and positive experiences so that you will have the desire to get on a path to enhance your health, fitness, and joy of living an active life throughout your lifetime.
