Throughout the semester the instructors offer short talks regarding the five components of fitness.
Once you have attended a short lecture on the topic, you are offered the opportunity to complete a worksheet or an activity as extra credit. Each completed worksheet/activity is awarded 1 (one) 40-minute grade visit. Click here for the Worksheet/Activity Schedule.
The complete Worksheet/Activity packets are available in the Fitness Lab. Pick one up, attend the short talk, complete the worksheet/activity and receive your extra credit from the instructor on duty.
Click on a topic below to read ahead. You will need to attend the lecture in the Fitness Center and pick up the worksheet packet to complete it for the extra credit.
