All students (including returning students) are required to
complete the Orientation and the Pretest.
- The Orientations will be given during the first week. The Syllabus
presentation, an introduction to the facility and information about
how to log in and out will occur during Orientation. Once you have completed
the Orientation, you will be able to begin your workouts.
- Pretesting will be done during the second week. All students must
complete the Pretest which is a series of assessments that will help you to
determine your present level of fitness and to set up your goals for the
semester. The Pretest is required and is one of the three grading criteria.
- During Week Three, Orientation and Pretests will occur at the scheduled
times. All students need to have completed both activities by the end of the
week. Instructors will do their best to accommodate all students in as
quickly as possible. Keep in mind that the more crowded the Center is, the
longer it will take, so try less congested times such as 7:00am.
The time schedule for Orientations and Pretests is:
|Monday - Friday
Please arrive at one of the scheduled times to complete your
Orientation and then your Pretest. If you arrive in the middle of an
Orientation or Pretest, you will be asked to return at a different scheduled
time. Remember, that once you have gone through
the Orientation, you may begin your workouts.
