Cisco Networking Academy is pleased to announce the addition of Fundamentals of Network Security
and the addition of Fundamentals of Wireless Lans to the suite of curriculum offered in the
Cisco Networking Academy Program.
- Q1. What are the dates for the training?
- Fundamentals of Network Security is 10 days of in-class instruction from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Fundamentals of Wireless Security is 6 days of in-class instruction from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The next Instructor Wireless training will - TBA.
- Q2. How much does it cost? There is both an instruction and support affiliation fee.
Instructor Security training fee is only $1000.00 total, which consists of 100.00/day@10days.
Instructor Wireless training fee is only $600.00 total, which consists of 100.00/day@6days.
The affiliation fee is $10.00/month or an annual affiliation fee of 120.00/year per institution.
- Q3. Where is the training going to be held?
Moorpark Community College is located in Ventura County, 15 minutes west of Simi Valley.

- Q4. What qualifications do I need to have to take these courses?
These courses are for Cisco Instructors who are members of the Cisco Networking Academy.
Instructors should be CCNA certified and have completed the Cisco Academy Orientation course.
