CJ M02 - Concepts of Criminal Law

Recommended Preparation: CJ M01, ENGL M01A
Class Hours: 3 lecture
Introduces the historical development and philosophy of law. Reviews constitutional provisions, definitions and classifications of crimes, and their application to the Criminal Justice System. Examines concepts of the law as a social force. Explores crimes against persons, property and the state as a social, religious and historical ideology.
